Privacy Policy

• Account details — your name, email address, chosen handle, and optional bio. For companies, also your industry and website.
• Content you create — posts, suggestions, replies, votes, follows, and reports. This is visible to others as designed.
• Payment information — when a company funds a cash bounty or a person receives a payout, our payments processor (Stripe) collects card or bank details directly. We never see or store full card or bank numbers.
• Verification data — for company domain verification, the email and domain used to prove control.
• Technical data — a signed session token to keep you logged in, and basic request metadata (such as IP address) used for security and rate limiting.

• To operate the service — show your content, run votes, award and redeem bounties and certificates.
• To keep accounts secure and prevent abuse (rate limiting, spam and fraud prevention).
• To send transactional messages you ask for — password resets, verification, and reward notifications.
• To review reports and moderate content.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Stripe, to process bounty funding and payouts.
• Our email provider, to deliver transactional emails.
• Our hosting provider, which stores the data that runs the service.
• Authorities, if required by law or to protect people from harm.

• Edit your profile and content in the app at any time.
• Block other people so their content is hidden from you.
• Delete your account from Settings. We anonymize content tied to records that must remain (such as paid bounties) and remove the rest.

We keep your information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal and payment record-keeping obligations. After deletion, residual data is anonymized or removed.

FeedBack is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We use signed sessions, hashed passwords, rate limiting, and encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.

We may update this policy; we’ll revise the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app.
