Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 (or the age of digital consent where you live) to use FeedBack. You’re responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

You own the content you post. By posting, you grant FeedBack a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute it within the service so it can function (for example, showing your idea on a company’s post). You’re responsible for what you post and must have the right to post it.

Don’t post unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or spam content; don’t impersonate others; don’t attempt to break, overload, or abuse the service. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

• Companies may offer a perk (fulfilled by the company, e.g. a discount) or a cash bounty for an idea they choose to implement.
• Cash bounties are funded in advance and held by our payments processor (Stripe). When a company approves a winning idea, the funds are released to the winner; if no idea is approved within the stated window, the funds are refunded.
• Perks are an agreement between the company and the winner. FeedBack facilitates the certificate but is not responsible for a company honoring a perk.
• Awarding an idea is at the company’s discretion. FeedBack does not guarantee that any idea will be approved or rewarded.

Payments and payouts are processed by Stripe and subject to Stripe’s terms. Any platform fees are shown before a company funds a bounty. You’re responsible for taxes on rewards you receive.

We review reports and may remove content or restrict accounts to keep the community safe. Decisions are made at our discretion.

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that ideas or bounties will meet your expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FeedBack is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for amounts exceeding what you paid us (if anything) in the prior 12 months.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. Some provisions survive termination, including content licenses needed to keep records intact and the sections on liability.
